Dustin RT Sullivan is one of the founding members and Managing Partner at Sullivan & Snow, who provides legal services to clients on all criminal and traffic matters in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender Counties. He is a bar member of the 13th Judicial District, which encompasses Bladen, Columbus, and Brunswick Counties.
Mr. Sullivan has handled thousands of cases involving criminal defense, taking on a hands-on approach to his clients, dedicating himself to having his clients understand the process of their case. Instead of talking to secretaries and assistants over the phone, Mr. Sullivan encourages a direct mode of communication so clients are more at ease with the pressures that criminal charges cause.
Mr. Sullivan handles a wide variety of cases, ranging from speeding tickets to Habitual Felons. Over the course of his career he has represented a number of clients who make front page news in the Wilmington Star and Brunswick Beacon. Mr. Sullivan has a great deal of trial experience which he brings to the table for each and every client. Focusing his attention to only criminal defense, he fights to make sure his clients' rights are protected.
In 2009, Mr. Sullivan was accepted into the United States Army Reserve JAG Corps. However, after careful consideration and belief in "family first", he thought it appropriate to continue practicing law in the area he calls home.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sullivan attended the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, receiving multiple scholarships in football, academics, community service, and leadership. He played football all four years, where his team finished 18th in the nation for Division1-AA. Mr. Sullivan attended the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where he was awarded for his services in Moot Court and Community Service as well as his membership in multiple organizations.
Dustin Sullivan worked at the Prosecutors Office in Cincinnati, OH for nearly four years and began his career in North Carolina working for the Brunswick County District Attorney's Office and New Hanover District Attorney's Office during and following law school. Mr. Sullivan also was a partner for over three years at Sullivan & Williams focusing on criminal defense.
Dustin RT Sullivan is an active member and strong supporter of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice as well as a Notary Public in the County of New Hanover, NC.

Andrew M. Snow is one of the founding members and Managing Partner at Sullivan & Snow, PLLC. Mr. Snow practices both Civil and Criminal Law in Onslow, Pender, New Hanover and Brunswick Counties.
Mr. Snow is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New Jersey and is a member of the Onslow County Bar Association-Judicial District 4B and the N.C. State Bar Association.
Mr. Snow ensures that all clients are treated with respect and compassion and takes all necessary steps to maintain open lines of communication with all clients throughout representation and beyond. Mr. Snow always speaks with clients directly when issues or questions arise to ensure all clients are always fully informed as to the status of their matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Snow attended Guilford College, in Greensboro, N.C. as a dean's list student, receiving honors as a NCAA student athlete as a member of the football team. Mr. Snow then attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro, in Greensboro, N.C. receiving a B.A. in Political Science.
Mr. Snow attended the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where he was awarded as a member ASL's Moot Court and Community Service programs. Mr. Snow was a member of various school organizations including, the national legal fraternity, P.D.P., serving as the Vice President for the Blackwell Inn Chapter.
After graduating from A.S.L., Mr. Snow practiced law in New Jersey as an Associate Attorney for Weiss, Weitzman and Weiss, PLLC and later as an Associate Attorney for David S. Weiss, Attorney At Law, PLLC; where he focused on Business Law, Commercial Transactions.
Mr. Snow was also a member of the N.J. Public Defenders Office, serving as a Court Appointed Attorney for indigent defendants.
Mr. Snow returned to his home state of North Carolina in 2008, where he practiced law as an Associate Attorney for Sullivan & Williams, PLLC.
Mr. Snow, along with co-founder Dustin RT Sullivan, created Sullivan & Snow, PLLC, and currently practices both Civil and Criminal Law.
Andrew M. Snow is an active member and strong supporter of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and is a Notary Public.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Andrew attended Guilford College, located in Greensboro, NC and was a Dean's List student, an NCAA Division III athlete and received the school's Scholar Athlete Award. Andrew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science. Andrew subsequently attended the Appalachian School of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2006, where he was a National Trial Team member, member of ATLA, Moot Court, and Vice President of the Blackwell Inn chapter of Phi Delta Phi.
Steven M. Laird
Attorney at Law
Steven M. Laird practices in the areas of criminal and traffic defense. Prior to becoming an attorney, Steve attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree. There, he double majored and received a BA in Political Science and Psychology in 2006.
After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, he attended Campbell University School of Law, where he became a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Steve received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell in 2009 and is the newest Associate Attorney at Sullivan & Snow.
